shoulder Pain

The shoulder is a complicated joint. It moves in many different directions, and it can be stubborn when it starts to become painful. Repetitive motion injuries, sudden injuries, strains and sprains, instability, dislocations, and pinched nerves can cause shoulder pain and tightness. These injuries can limit your range of motion and cause weakness and stiffness in the shoulder and arm. If shoulder pain goes untreated it can lead to further issues such as a frozen shoulder.  Shoulder injuries cause pain that gets worse while trying to perform certain tasks, inflammation, swelling, loss of range of motion and flexibility, weakness in the affected shoulder and a feeling of tightness.
